不景氣的社會，一定會淘汰不爭氣的人。如何不被淘汰，只要你不在這八種人之內。
1》八小時之外不學習的人。
胡適先生說：人與人的區別在於八小時之外如何運用。有時間的人不能成功，擠時間的人才能成功。八小時之內決定現在，八小時之外決定未來。什麼樣的想法什麼樣的生活。有學習才有選擇權，沒有知識，要有常識，沒有常識，走進教室。不是社會發展太快，是我們思維反應太慢，為什麼我們思維太慢，是我們沒有跟上學習。人生有兩大悲哀：結婚之後不再戀愛，畢業以後不再學習。
拒絕學習，就是拒絕成長。家長不學習，會被孩子看不起並且和孩子有代溝。夫妻一方不學習，就會有隔閡，學習的人如同長高的樹，自然會有高藤來纏。一個人不學習，就會與社會脫節，跟不上時代步伐，人活在21世紀，思想在20世紀，究竟學什麼？不是學打工的技術，而是學創業的本領。
思想觀念40%+人際關係40%+專業能力20%=成功。從這個公式裡找自己的短板，缺啥學啥，不只是學感興趣的，而是學有利於社會及成功的。
人要有二畝田，白天是果腹的，晚上是耕種未來的。不學習是21世紀被淘汰的八種人首選第一的人。
2》對新生事物反應遲鈍的人。
任何一個新生事物的誕生都與巨大的商機掛鉤。21世紀的新生事物一定和趨勢有關，而趨勢不是用眼睛看的，是要用眼光來判斷的。誰抓住趨勢誰就抓住了未來。不學習就會把推論當結論，用已知判斷未來，對新生事物視而不見充耳不聞，最終一定被社會淘汰。
3》靠個人能力單打獨鬥的人。
21世紀是英雄退位團隊進位的時代，抱團打天下已是趨勢，誰擁有人群，誰擁有市場，1+1=2叫數學，1+1=11叫經濟學，一根筷子能折斷，十雙筷子折不斷。
4》玻璃心，心理脆弱容易受傷害的人。
事情發生的大小不重要，而你的想法看法很重要。事情本身不傷害人，而你的想法會傷害你。百折不撓千錘百煉是中國人發明的詞。
5》技能單一沒有特長的人。
就像貓與老鼠的故事一樣，貓說：“什麼年代了，一種技術能活嗎？”據經濟學家預測：到2015年中國將有50個行業要淘汰。沒有危機是最大危機，滿足現狀是最大陷阱。人一定要在得意時給自己找退路，不要等失意時再找出路。
6》計較眼前目光短淺的人。
計較眼前會失去未來，計較小錢會失去大錢。沒有遠見必尋短見。全世界最好的投資最沒有風險的投資就是投資學習，學習可以讓人有遠見，學習才知道未來的趨勢。
7》情緒智商(EQ)低下的人。
很多人翻臉比翻書快。古人說：小不忍要亂大謀。脾氣來了，福氣走了。IQ是智商高可以找一個好工作，EQ是情商高可以有未來，AQ是逆境商可以變成登峰造極的人。
世界上80%的人見了困難就躲避的人他一事無成。

8》觀念落後,知識陳舊的人。
